Ging ons vorige bericht nog over de wederopbouw van onze spelersgroepen, de recente Covid-maatregelen maken dit weer grotendeels onmogelijk.
Per direct zijn we voorlopig om 18.00 gesloten en zijn alle avond programma’s helaas niet meer toegestaan. Wij betreuren dit natuurlijk ten zeerste en hopen dat deze maatregelen snel niet meer nodig zijn. Tot die tijd zullen we proberen zoveel mogelijk van onze avond programma’s naar de zaterdag middag te verplaatsen.
Een klein overzicht van wat je kunt verwachten: Booster Draft is tot nader order stop gezet (er is wel een Mystery Booster Draft op zaterdag 27 november). Commander Play kon al op zaterdag middag. Flesh and Blood en Yu-Gi-Oh gaan tijdelijk online verder. D&D roleplay avonden gaan niet door maar we zijn aan het kijken of we hier en daar een tafeltje kunnen organiseren op de zaterdag. De FNM verplaatst waarschijnlijk naar de zaterdagmiddag en de Warhammer groep kan ook op zaterdagmiddag terecht (hoewel het verstandig is om ons even te contacteren voor de zekerheid).
We doen er alles aan om jullie zo veel mogelijk de gelegenheid te geven om te komen spelen, maar dit vergt echter ook van de spelers enige flexibiliteit. Voorlopig gelden deze maatregelen voor 3 weken maar we houden er rekening mee dat dit langer kan gaan duren.
Innistrad Crimson Vow ligt vanaf vrijdag in de winkel. Pre-orders kunnen geplaatst worden en vanaf vrijdag worden opgehaald. Er is voldoende voorraad. Helaas is de beruchte vertraging weer opgedoken in de Buy-a-Box promo…deze komt later en houdt je van ons tegoed. Deze week zullen ook de losse kaarten van deze set weer op ons MCM account worden geplaatst. We zullen geen losse kaarten beschikbaar hebben in onze winkel.
Inmiddels is ons tafelreservering-systeem buiten gebruik genomen en zijn we voor D&D speelavonden over gestapt op een nieuwe reservering pagina. Hier kun je (zodra we weer mogen) je role play avond plannen en reserveren. Bookmark deze link als je straks niks wilt missen!
Lieve mensen, daar gaan we weer. Het lukt ons maar niet om op te staan uit de Covid-crisis. Steeds als het even beter lijkt te gaan krijgen we de volgende klap. Dit is echt niet vol te houden zonder jullie hulp en daarom vraag ik het opnieuw. Blijf komen, blijf kopen (bv onze collectie Ugears) en blijf je Magic inruilen of aan ons verkopen. We hebben het echt kei én kei hard nodig.

In our last update we talked about slowly rebuilding our playerbase and various communities, but the recent Covid-restrictions have brought these efforts to a screeching halt.
As of last Saturday, and for at least the next 3 weeks, the store will be closing at 18.00 and all of our evening events have been canceled. Of course, we are as saddened by this as you are and we hope that these restrictions won’t be necessary again soon, even if we fear they might be here for longer. Until then, we will be moving as many of our events to the Saturday afternoon as possible.
What can you expect on the Saturday, for the foreseeable future?
– The Wednesday Booster Draft will be on hold, but there is a Mystery Booster Draft on Saturday the 27th of November.
– Commander will continue to be a Saturday mainstay.
– The FNM will turn into Standard Saturday.
– Flesh & Blood and Yu-Gi-Oh will temporarily move their events online.
– D&D and other Table Top RPG’ing on Thursday will be on hold, but we might reserve a table or two here and there for some Saturday Role Playing action.
– Lastly, Warhammer is possible on the Saturday, but it is advised to check with the store beforehand to see if we can accomodate you.
We will do whatever we can to present you with as many opportunities to play in our store as possible, but it will require some flexibility from all of us.
Innistrad Crimson Vow releases this Friday. Pre-orders can be placed now and pick-up will be available in-store starting on Friday. We have more than enough in stock for everyone, but the Buy-a-Box promo has been delayed again, so we will be handing these out once they come in. We will be updating our MCM-account with the singles for this set somewhere this week as well.
Our table reservation system has been taken offline and, for our Table Top RPG nights, has been replaced with this brand new page. Going forward, this is where you can make reservations for various role playing adventures, so make sure to bookmark this link to stay on top of things!

The Covid-crisis keeps knocking us down whenever we think we’ve had the worst of it, and we need all of your help to keep getting back up on our feet.
